Bre’ly Evans is a Hollywood actress known for playing the best friend in roles such as “Just Wright” and for starring in Twix commercials, but don’t limit Brely.  She’s got the acting chops she needs to continue to excel in Hollywood.

We’ll see more of Bre’ly in the future because she’s bright, animated, and extremely talented and guess what? She’s a child of God. Brely travels the country with a message to young people that encourages them to live a Christ centered life with her program- Live Your Dream, Live By Your Gift!

Bre’ly recently had the opportunity to star alongside several Grammy Award winning artists and Hollywood actors and actresses in the upcoming remake of “Sparkle”.  She plays the role of Tune Ann, who is Sparkle’s (Jordin Sparks), best friend.

The movie “Sparkle” was the last film effort of the late Whitney Houston and Bre’ly Evans had the opportunity to work with Whitney. In an interview with Tekoa Gospel News earlier this year, Evans recalled the inspiration that Whitney gave her to sing. She stated “It was super amazing not only to rub elbows, but to have her give me bear hugs and her to tell me “sing this line” or harmonize with me on this”.

Evans describes the family atmosphere and the friendships she developed with the other cast members in that interview as well.  She described Derek Luke and Omari Hardwick as “my two new big brothers”.  Other cast members include CeeLo Green, Tamela Mann, Carmen Egojo, and TIka Sumpter.

The movie will be in theaters nationwide on August 17th and we encourage everyone to take your families out to see this movie. Bre’ly will be enjoying the movie on August 18th in her hometown of Oakland, CA and she encourages others to come see the movie with her because, in her awesome way of giving back, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Sharon Randolph Foundation. The foundation offers support and programs for breast cancer patients.
