The highly anticipated live CD/DVD release of Le’Andria Johnson The Experience hits stores TODAY, September 18th – nationwide. The release comes on the heels of the Grammy winning, Music World Gospel artist’s delivery of her fourth child last Wednesday, September 12th. In an effort to provide something for her fans during release week – Music World will host four Le’Andria Johnson album release parties this week in her top three markets – two events in Houston, one in Atlanta and one in New York City.
Though the singer will not be present because of the close proximity to her just delivering her baby – Le’Andria Johnson The Experience giveaways will be given to select audience members and sneak peeks of the album and DVD will be shown to audiences along with a special video from Le’Andria Johnson specifically for her fans. Le’Andria Johnson: The Experience is a body of work released in two versions a 13-song standard version and a deluxe version with live extended tracks and a DVD.
An additional track “Endow Me” will also be included in the exclusive iTunes version of the album. Johnson is backed by an exemplary band led by album producer; David Blakely. (Dorinda Clark Cole, Edwin Hawkins, Byron Cage) and has something for all with an infusion of jazz, soul, gospel, blues, and more.
